We take our ministry to kids very seriously at BSUMC, which means lots of fun and lots of love. Our pastors and almost all of our staff are also parents themselves, and we value providing safe, fun, developmentally appropriate spaces for kids to begin figuring out life and faith. Our curriculum is not proselytizing or fear based; instead, we like to carve out interactive, creative, fun programming to engage the kids with Bible stories and each other. The task of being a kid means you are already working through so many complex emotions in life, and we have assembled a great cast of staff and volunteers who are gifted at listening and providing kids the structure and support they need to thrive. Our Sunday school is awesome, and throughout the year we have many kids and family friendly events like VBS, Cruise Night, Mission Day, and Fall & Summer programs.
